The name of the PT consists of at least 3 words. The 3 words have at least 3 letters each. The name of the PT must use Indonesian, not foreign languages.
The name of the CV may consist of only one word and it is permissible to use English
If the name of the PT only has 2 words, there is a possibility that the PT was established before the enactment of Government Regulation No. 43/2011 concerning Procedures for filing and using the Name of Limited Liability Companies
